more of the same "bigger is better" philosophy that got us into this current mess.....why do these big corporations insist they need to keep building so many new subdivisions in an already overloaded market???? And then charging over-inflated prices for them. Very few homes being built today are really worth the price they are charging for them, and the land they sit on sure isn't worth the over-inflated price they charge. In too many parts of the US and its territories, you are lucky if you can find a 1/4 acre lot (or even smaller) for less than $50,000. For WHAT? a bare piece of land that they are then going to charge you another $300k to put a $100k structure on??
